Miss No: Hello there Charnita, thank you for chatting with me. Congratulations on your cover feature! How do you feel?

Charnita: Amazzz Inn!!!! Omg!!!! What a great opportunity!!! Thank you so much!!!! 

Miss No: Tell me a little about Charnita. What inspired Charnita’s World?

Charnita: The Holy Spirit!!! I believe in speaking my transparency and allowing it to reach others to know that my success did not happen overnight, and I do go through things just like you, but we can push through and continue to follow our path. 

Miss No: What are some of the values and principles that guide you in your personal and professional life, and how do they reflect in your show and your brand?

Charnita: I believe in obedience and allowing others to teach me, and I don’t have a know-it-all spirit!!! I am willing to learn. I care about my brand, and I don’t believe I have to be something I am not for others to follow me! 

Miss No: How do you balance your personal and professional responsibilities?

Charnita: I have had a business with my Husband and mother-in-law for over the last 10 years. I have learned to naturally separate it. I love the separation and we do great at it. Sometimes we fall short, but we zoom back in and recognize our timing!!! 

Miss No: How do you define women’s empowerment, and what are some of the ways you promote it through your show and your other ventures?

Charnita: Women empowerment are women that have to be strong for themselves, family, and friends! These women have to sometimes fight an everyday fight just to get through the day! We must be celebrated! I support other black owned women business, I always give affirmations through the show, and I show love to my husband, kids, and friends. 

Miss No: What are some of the lessons you learned from your journey as a woman of color in the entertainment industry, and what advice would you give to other aspiring women who want to follow your footsteps?

Charnita: Don’t be afraid to be successful and bold and free! Don’t be afraid to talk MONEY! Yes!!! You can have it all!!!! You can #pushthebutton! 

Miss No: What do you want your legacy to be?

Charnita: This is a hard question! I want to be known as the lady who spread the good word just like Jesus! I want everyone to know my voice and what I stand for!!! I want others to know that I believe in all people!!!
