Before we dive into this incredible shoot, we’d love to learn more about you! What’s your background, and what led you into the world of fashion and modeling?
I’ve always had a deep appreciation for art and creativity, drawing inspiration from the diverse people and cultures around me. It wasn’t until my late teens that I realized modeling could be an outlet to express this artistic side. After some encouragement from friends and family, I started modeling in high school. From there, everything began to fall into place. The more I collaborated with photographers and designers, the more I fell in love with how fashion allows me to transform and tell different stories.
If you had to sum yourself up in just five words, what would they be and why?
Adventurous. Passionate. Disciplined. Curious. Authentic.
These words define how I approach both my life and my modeling career. I love exploring new things, staying true to who I am, constantly learning, and remaining dedicated to my craft.
This editorial is bold, avant-garde, and visually striking. Did the concept challenge or excite you as a model?
It definitely excited me! I’ve always been drawn to high-concept fashion and pushing boundaries. Avant-garde looks give me the freedom to break out of traditional molds and experiment with new forms of expression. The challenge was embracing the unexpected and pushing my creativity, especially with poses and facial expressions.
Your outfit and aesthetic played a key role in creating the overall vision—how did it help shape your performance in front of the camera?
The outfit was integral in setting the tone of the shoot. Fashion is more than just clothes—it’s about embodying a character. The strong lines, bold shapes, and textures made me feel empowered, and I used that energy to deliver confident, intentional performance in front of the lens. Fashion and performance truly become one in moments like this.
Monochromatic fashion often makes a strong statement. What message do you think this cover shoot conveys?
Monochrome fashion feels clean, confident, and assertive. For this shoot, I believe it conveys a message of unity and strength. The pop of color draws attention to the shapes, textures, and details, allowing the model’s presence to shine through. It’s a balance of simplicity, elegance, and excitement—capturing the viewer with intentional design.
What was the most memorable part of the shoot for you?
Definitely working with such a talented team. From the photographer to the stylist, everyone brought their best to the table. The energy on set was electric, and the collaborative spirit made the entire experience truly unforgettable. Seeing the vision come to life was powerful.
What advice do you have for young models or creatives trying to tap into the fashion industry?
Don’t rush. Stay true to who you are and take the time to learn the craft. Be open to feedback, but also trust your instincts. It’s easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing, but carving your own path is what sets you apart. Keep building genuine relationships, stay consistent, and above all—stay persistent.
When people look back at your work and influence, how do you want to be remembered?
I want to be remembered as someone who pushed the boundaries of fashion and self-expression. I hope my work reflects authenticity and creativity, and that it inspires others to challenge norms and explore new artistic spaces. Above all, I want people to remember that I showed up as my truest self—and encouraged others to do the same.
