How did you first get into the bar and restaurant business?
After watching a few bartenders kill it at a local lounge, I decided to get my license in bartending. Long behold, I went back and got a job at the same place. As time progressed, I got into real estate and then later chose to open up a candy store after I got bored with selling properties.

The biggest challenge I face is maintaining the same level of consistency when it comes to product quality and innovation.

With 16 years of bartending experience, a few ventures under my belt and real estate savviness, I truly believed in my ability to execute my idea.
How do you hope your talks and social media will impact your viewers?
I’ve failed on multiple occasions, and I want people to see that those things don’t define you.
Do you have any advice for other people in the space that want to turn their passion into a career?
My best piece of advice would be to take that first step. A lot of times it only takes for us to step out of our comfort zone to see our work come to light.
