Hey there , I’d love to hear how you got started. How did you first get into the real estate business?

During college, I majored in Business Administration/Finance. In my Junior year, I took an elective course in corporate real estate and it opened my eyes to the real estate industry. I was immediately interested. After interviewing with a few corporate investment banking institutions, I realized I wanted flexibility and that the traditional route was not for me. That summer, I attended a program for professional and personal development where I discovered that anything I wanted for myself and my life was possible. It was then that I chose to own a real estate firm by assisting people with buying and selling real estate. I created the capital and flexibility by becoming a flight attendant. And, in 1996, I got my real estate license and began my real estate career. In 2004, I started my real estate company.

In college, what did you study?

Business Administration with a concentration in finance.

Are there any challenges you’ve faced in the real estate business?
